An interactive, transformative, small-group leadership program.


Our program is an intensive, people-first, three-month experience. You'll learn active listening, alignment and stakeholder management, and accountability skills that you can apply right away in your role.

Month 1: Agreements and alignment

No project, or relationship, can survive misunderstanding. Learn conversational techniques to create crystal clarity in all of your agreements. Be the one person in the room who can get everyone on the same page, every time.

Month 2: Active listening

"Hearing" is a sense (like touch), but "listening" is a skill (like juggling). You will leave this month with the capacity to receive 2-300% more data from every conversation. Be described by your directs as "the first manager who actually listened to me."

Month 3: Accountability

What is an agreement without follow-through? Learn approaches and techniques for respectful, supportive two-way accountability that you can apply to virtually any circumstance. Bad managers demand results, great managers hold others to account.

Each month:

Large-group session

You'll learn the fundamentals of one key skill and participate in guided practice in a large group session. As a bonus, meet others facing the same challenges and create a network of support.

Small-group sessions

Join a smaller group (limited to six participants) where you'll reinforce the practice from the month.

Individual coaching

Receive an hour of one-on-one coaching with an instructor to zero in on what might be holding you back and create your personalized action plan.

Video critique

Practice your skills with your own direct reports, peers, or stakeholders (at your discretion) via video recording, and receive specific feedback you can apply immediately.

Each large group session is held on two dates; choose the date that works best for you each month. All group sessions are conducted on Zoom, and all times are listed in Eastern Daylight Time (GMT-4).
